Three simple cocktails

Diamondback

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Rye Whiskey 

  • 2 cl Calvados 

  • 0.5 cl Yellow Chartreuse 

  • 0.5 cl Maraschino Liqeur

  • 1 dash Orange Bitters 

Preparations

  • Put all the ingredients in a stirring glass and mix them with ice till properly chilled.

  • Strain and serve it in a cocktail glass or in a cognac glass. Zest a lemon peel on top and drop it in the concoction.

Dry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 5 cl White Rum 

  • 1.5 cl Lime 

  • 1 cl Bitter 

  • 1 cl Passionfruit Syrup 

  • Plenty of ice for shaking

Preparations

  • Fill a tin cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.

  • Pour all ingredients cocktail ingredients into the shaker and shake them together.

  • When the surface of the shaker is frosty, strain the cocktail into a chilled Coupette.

 

Gin Gin Mule

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Gin

  • 2 cl Lime 

  • 1.5 cl Simple Syrup  

  • 6 Mint Leaves 

  • Ginger Beer 

Preparation

  • Pour all the ingredients except for the Ginger Beer in a shaker and shake them. 

  • Strain the mixture on ice in a highball or a mug and top it up with Ginger Beer. 

  • Garnish the cocktail with a mint sprig.
